Andrew McDonald moves to Royal Challengers Banglore from Delhi Daredevils

Andrew McDonald, Australian promising All-rounder has been transferred for the IPL season to Royal Challengers Bangalore from Delhi Daredevils in a bid to boost up the allrounders in the Royal Challengers team.

Australian all rounder Andrew McDonald played six games in past seasons of IPL and scoring 76 run and taking 5 wickets. According to a Daredevils official, the transfer fee for McDonald was US$100,000.

"All-rounders are a priceless asset and we are pleased to add Andrew to our squad. He has excelled with bat and ball in different formats. We have no doubt that he will make a big difference to our prospects in the coming IPL season," said Avinash Vaidya, Team Manager, Royal Challengers Bangalore.

“He would fit in well with the Royal Challengers Bangalore” said TA Sekar, the head of cricket for Daredevils owner GMR Sports.
